Okonon YN35

Okonon YN35 is non-halogen type gravure coating chemical. It is excellent for gravure working, washing and inflammability. It is advantageous of no quality issues for applying to general fabric such as the water sign and whitening.

It is an inflammable powder complication not general water soluble type or organic phosphorusurine type but high physical property type considering the fogging nature required for automobile.

Stability Okonon YN35 passed the PBBs & PBDEs & heavy metal tests. It is non-halogen and non-formalin, and dioxin is not created during burning.

Use after agitating fully as the product can be separable. 



Decide after performing appropriate pre-test because the use amount is differed depending on the fabric type and required physical properties. 



Decide to use after appropriate performing pre-tests because the inflammable performance is reduced when this product is treated on the antifoulant processed fabric.  Decide after performing appropriate pre-tests for the fabric processed with softener. 



Use this chemical after verifying certainly because it can reduce the fastness such as light resistance, heat resistance, water sign, whitening, chalk mark, discoloring, frictional coloring and embossing depending on the treatment methods. 



In addition, the workability is not guaranteed in case of diluting because the solid content can be precipitated during working process. 



Perform the post processing (Embossing and etc.) of this chemical certainly after verification.



Check the compatibility and stability fully in case of mixed using with other chemicals.  



Decide after performing appropriate pre-tests in case of using this chemical by diluting because migrated dyeing or chalk mark can be created through penetrating to the front side of the fabric. 



Keep certainly under the room temperature by avoiding the direct sunlight because the viscosity can be raised in case of keeping higher than 50℃.



Seal with the cap certainly during or after use.
